It's Island Time at the Inn at Baldwin Creek. The Vermont inn is offering a "Caribbean Dreams" cooking class on November 27 or December 4, 2012 from 12:30pm - 4:00pm.
Join Chef-Owner Douglas Mack in a small, intimate setting and learn the secrets of the culinary trade from a Slow Food, farm-to table perspective. On the menu will be some of the inn's favorites: conch fritters, pork in tamarind sauce, grilled chicken with bananas and mango, honey glazed pineapple.
The $75 per person cost includes lunch with wine.
