The new 51-story, 1,020,000-square-foot mixed-use building being constructed at South Station in Boston, will feature luxury condominiums on the top 16 floors.

Hines, a privately owned global real estate investment firm, and developer of the project, has partnered with the world-renowned Ritz-Carlton brand.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Boston, South Station Tower is slated to open in 2025.

The residential component of the tower will offer studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom residences along with penthouse duplex homes.

A myriad of luxurious amenities await residents and office workers, at the South Station Tower: a private tenant lounge, fine dining, outdoor landscaped terrace, meeting spaces, private park with walking paths and gardens, fitness and wellness center, and much more.

You can learn more about this new development at https://www.southstationtower.com.
