Home to one of Boston’s best breakfast destinations, One+One at Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston is launching a new French Riviera Brunch by Chef Daniel Burger. The beautiful One+One dining room will transport guests to the South of France through the sounds of modern French music, delicious savoury and sweet dishes plus apéros and specialty coffee drinks.
“We like to innovate and enhance experiences for our guests, and when the idea for French Riviera Brunch came up, we decided to bring the charm of the South of France to life in One+One,” says Burger. “We hope friends and families come in each weekend to enjoy the atmosphere we created for a leisurely brunch.”
The French Riviera Brunch experience begins with a decadent buffet that features assorted French pastries by Executive Pastry Chef Rob Differ as well as fruits, parfaits, salads, cheese and charcuterie. Guests are also invited to indulge in French entrées such as salade Niçoise and Cap-Ferrat pain perdu while toasting to summer with a glass of rosé.
One+One’s brunch offers a selection of apéros such as the Rosé Spritz featuring Château Barbebelle rosé, crème de pamplemousse, St-Germain and bitter lemon soda, or the refreshing Riviera Cooler with Ketel One cucumber-mint vodka, lime, simple syrup and yuzu-lime tonic.
Additionally, specialty hot beverages include the Orange Flat White with house made orange syrup, Salted Carmel Macchiato topped with a salted caramel biscotti and S’Mores Hot Chocolate with graham crumble and torched marshmallow, all served in handmade, colourful mugs created by local Boston artists from The Clay Lounge in the South End.
Reconnect with friends and family in a fun and lively environment while enjoying a delightful brunch from 9:30 am to 2:00 pm every Saturday and Sunday. The French Riviera Brunch is USD 89 per adult; USD 45 per child, inclusive of the brunch buffet, one entrée and a choice of hot beverage or glass of rosé.
Located on the second floor of the Hotel, the stylish restaurant features views across Boston and abundant sunshine with renowned Four Seasons service. Offering an ideal setting for a weekend brunch with friends and family, One+One is certain to be the next culinary destination in Boston.
