The Renaissance Providence Downtown Hotel,
located on 5 Avenue of the Arts, has been ranked No. 1 in the Marriott
Renaissance portfolio for Room Completely Clean 2011. The Housekeeping
Department, also known as the Style Team, received the most positive
votes on Marriott’s Guest Satisfaction Surveys last year.
Marriott Guest Satisfaction Surveys are sent via e-mail to hotel
guests chosen at random immediately after their departure. Guests can
express their overall level of satisfaction with the hotel service and
appearance and the results are delivered to hotel associates to help
improve upon deficiencies or celebrate improvement.
The Providence hotel team also ranked within the Top 10 in 15
different categories in the Marriott Guest Satisfaction Surveys.
Categories in which the Renaissance Providence ranked highly in include;
attractive and inviting hallways, warm and hospitable environment,
responsiveness to the guest, club lounge overall experience and meeting
quality of service.
