Viceroy Anguilla Will Become a Four Seasons Resort in the Fall

The luxury Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, and Starwood Capital Group, a private real estate investment company, has announced that Four Seasons will take over the management of the Viceroy Anguilla when the the resort reopens in the fall of 2016 (following its annual closure in late August through late October.)



The new Four Seasons Resort and Private Residences Anguilla will feature 166 rooms, including guestrooms, whole-ownership private beachfront residences, 5,000 square-foot villas and apartments.

Families and celebrities alike, appreciate the resort for its privacy, a range of outstanding restaurants, the 8,100 square-foot spa and numerous water sports activities.

Four Seasons has operated the Four Seasons Resort in Nevis since 1990. Four Seasons Resort and Private Residences Anguilla will become the second Caribbean property in the company's portfolio.
